Update: Postal Service Reinstates Disabled Iraq War Veteran - Ryan Kutz, U.S. Army Iraq War veteran turned USPS employee in Springfield MO, was terminated from the Postal Service for missing 19 days of work during his probationary period. According to a Kutz supporter: Kutz’s attendance problems were due to PTSD and colon cancer, and he should be given another chance with the Postal Service.Well, Ryan will get that second chance. Kutz got an early Christmas present on the morning of December 23rd. This is unacceptable. But in the USPS this is reality. I tell people some stories about this outfit and they think I’m making it up. One of the bad things about this is that the people who perpetrated this whole thing will go unpunished. In all likelihood, they’ll get a bonus.

you are so right. There are a lot of people who judge the postal service by the employees and the things that they hear on a daily basis that is wrong with the delivery system. Most of the outsiders would quit within the first two weeks of employment, because they would not tolerate that kind of behavior from the “Professional” management staff that the usps prides itself in providing for us.
